Debra Lynn Fein

Law is Attorney Debra Lynn Fein's third career. After graduating from Smith College (AB - Government major with a double minor in Sociology and History) and and University of Miami School of Business Administration (MBA - Finance and Computer Technology), Attorney Debra Lynn Fein worked for Ian Schrager's Morgan's Hotel Group in New York City where she was the personal assistant to the Director of Development. Later, Attorney Fein would work as a legal assistant for the New York law firm of Lord Day & Lord, Barrett Smith where she worked directly for the partner who was responsible financing the notes and bonds that the City of New York floated to raise funds for needed projects.

Upon earning her law degree, Attorney Debra Lynn Fein worked for a solo practitioner in Fort Lauderdale, Florida  where she received the very best training in the ethical practice of law. Eventually, Debra Lynn Fein made the leap into solo practice on her own, and, at the same time, she embarked on a two-year LL.M. program in taxation through Boston University. In 2016, Ms. Fein completed her studies in taxation where she concentrated on the taxation issues of the life-cycle of the business, including start-ups, mergers, and acquisitions.  Debra Lynn Fein also concentrated her studies on the tax consequences in the use of trusts as an estate planning tool.

Attorney Debra Lynn Fein continues to build on these education foundations through independent study and participation in ongoing certification programs. Through this dedication to constantly improving her legal skills and bringing the training and knowledge back to the Firm, Attorney Debra Lynn Fein ensures that her law firm, Fein Law, LLC, will always offer cutting edge legal services.
